Food groups and fairy tales!
This week we have been continuing focus on fairy tales. We have been reading Hansel and Gretel, finding some exciting words to describe the characters and the setting of the story. We have also started re-telling the story in our own words. We are all very excited about the school trip to the Playhouse in Leeds coming up!
In Science we have continued our topic of looking at what animals and humans need to survive by looking at different food groups and understanding what we need for a balanced diet. Have a look at some of the fantastic work that's been done...
