On Friday we had some fantastic outfits for Number Day 2019 as well as having lots of fun with Maths. Year 1 and Year 2 worked together to investigate fractions. We made pizzas and cut them up into 2 and 4 equal parts. We even used the notations 1/2 and 1/4. Well done KS1!
This week Year 2 will be taking it one step further and learning about thirds.
